Join our campaign to reach a goal of 1 Million Crop Biotech Update (CBU) subscribers by December 31, 2010!
In collaboration with our current CBU weekly email subscribers, ISAAA aims to enhance the global distribution of the CBU to 1 million in order to inform more people about crop biotechnology. Over the next 10 weeks, we will award bronze replicas of the Dr. Norman E. Borlaug Congressional Medal to 30 lucky subscribers, three every week starting October 29 until the end of the year*. The bronze medal was minted by the U.S. Mint of the Department of Treasury. Dr. Borlaug was founding patron of ISAAA and fully supported the establishment of the Global Knowledge Center on Crop Biotechnology which publishes the CBU.
Consistent with ISAAA policy and mandate to specifically assist developing countries, medal winners from developing countries will also be eligible for the grand prize draw of a Dell Inspiron Mini 10 (or an equivalent model) to be awarded at the end of December 2010**.
To qualify for the medal awards, simply email invitations using the form below to your co-professionals and friends who you think will be interested in becoming a new subscriber to the CBU. The more invitations you send that qualify as confirmed email addresses the more chances you have to win, and help ISAAA in the fight against hunger through the timely sharing of knowledge about biotech crops which will contribute to the alleviation of poverty and hunger.
